Hirel Diodes ___________________________ Together with our partner Vishay, ES Components provides Hirel diode replacement devices to meet our customer's requirements. Our product offering consists of standard, fast, ultrafast, and Zener diodes, intended to be JAN / JANTX replacements, screened to MIL-PRF-19500 using the Vishay Hirel Automotive Grade (AEC-Q101). Superectifier and Sinterglass products with additional screening and CI provided by ES Components as needed. Our diodes are made to support all high reliiability applications, as well as sever environmental applications where 100% screening and inspection conformance to military specifications are preferred. All of these devices are upscreened in accordance with military and aerospace requirements. |
