Our ISO Certification

We obtained our ISO Certification through National Quality Assurance on January 30,2002. We take our Quality Management System very seroiusly and we continually strive to improve upon its effectiveness. Quality can be defined as "the degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfills requirements." Quality may also be referred to as "the degree of excellence of a thing." Quality is not a concept at ES Components. It is the driving force behind everything that we do. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and services to fulfill your requirements. Our relentless pursuit of excellence is second to none.

Our Class 10,000 Clean Room

ES Components has a dedicated, on-site, certified class 10,000 clean room facility for the inspection & handling of all our bare die, wafer and package products. All inspection is performed under a Class 100 Hood. ES Components maintains full ESD protection throughout the die inspection process. Inspectors are continuously monitored through the use of DESCO Continuous Ground Monitors. ES Components utilizes high power Nikon and Leica metallurgical microscopes for all bare die inspection. Our clean room inspectors have over 75 years of combined experience in quality inspection; they are the backbone of our production team. You feel confidence when you receive our products in package form, wafer or bare die.
