1981 |

Eastern States Components incorporates as a joint venture with Elmo Semiconductor of Burbank, CA. The venture establishes a distribution center in Massachusetts to support East Coast customers. Eastern States Components, Inc. becomes a microelectronics distribution pioneer in Bonded Inventories, JIT Programs, and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory). |

ESC is awarded a Vishay Franchise for the Ohmtek Division. |

Eastern States Components, Inc. dissolves its partnership with Elmo Semiconductor to become an independent distributor. We expanded our offering to include Active and Passive Die Solutions, SMT Components from Franchised and Non-Franchised Suppliers, and Value-Added Services. |

Eastern States Components, Inc. is awarded the full line VISHAY Franchise to market all VISHAY products. |

Eastern States Components, Inc. extends its products and services to the Global Market, dba: "ES Components." |

ES Components implements Intuit Eclipse DMS (Distribution Management System). This state-of-the-art distribution software provides ESC with a distinctive technological advantage over the competition. |

2000 |

ES Components forms a strategic alliance with Mintech Semiconductor, of Norwich, England, to cross-market products in the U.K. and United States. This allows ES Components to market major semiconductor manufacturer's die through a franchised connection providing our customers the reliability, warranty, and support they require. |

ES Components is contracted by Kimball Microelectronics, formerly Elmo Semiconductor, to market their combined residual inventory assets. |

ES Components achieves ISO 9001:2000 certification and joins the GIDEP DMSMS Teaming Group. |

ES Components implements Goldmine Sales & Marketing CRM software to further enhance our committment to quality customer service. Vishay Awards ES Components a Precision Foil Resistor Center Franchise; ES Components is now able to trim Vishay Precision Foil Resistors to extremely tight tolerances in-house and provide delivery within very short lead times. |
