Custom VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) Programs
ES Components offers fully customized Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI) programs designed to your precise requirements. Our VMI programs are designed to manage your bill of materials or inventory on your behalf. Together we will detail the program guidelines that best fit your business strategy, goals, and objectives. Some of the benefits of a custom VMI program include:

Improved Cash Flow

Increased Inventory Turns

Reduced Quality Inspections

Fixed, Competitive Pricing

Detailed Reporting Status

Dedicated Program Managers

Requirement and Obsolescence Monitoring

Why tie up your operating capital in inventory on your shelf? ESC will purchase and stock your required components in our inventory warehouse based on your MRP requirements or other designated purchasing triggers. The components are segregated for your usage only, in much the same way as a traditional bonded stock program would work. Releases can be made daily/JIT (Just In Time), weekly, monthly, or as Kits. Inquire today to further discuss the ESC Value Proposition.

Kan-Ban Programs
With the popularity of “Lean Manufacturing” implementations, ES Components can provide you with a custom Kan-Ban program solution designed to enhance your operational efficiency. You define the required number of bins that you would like ESC to maintain in our inventory. You define the frequency of your Kan-Ban releases or shipments. Our Kan-Ban programs offer similar benefits to our customers as our custom VMI programs. They offer additional protection against long delivery lead times, value-added requirements such as lot acceptance testing, and yield loss / attrition. Let us help reduce the added costs in your supply chain by implementing a custom managed Kan-Ban program today.

Consignment Programs
ES Components has pioneered the creative use of consignment programs to help grow our available inventory, while returning a steady income stream to our consignment partners. Let ESC help you turn your obsolete, overstock, and residual inventory into cash. Some companies' consignment inventory programs offer you only pennies on the dollar. The ESC Advantage Program is fully customized to maximize your returns. We have many successful consignment inventory programs with both our customer and supplier partners. Some of the advantages of a custom consignment program are as follows:

ESC Market Price Knowledge Ensure Maximum $ Returns

Tax Advantages for The Inventory Write-off

Physical Inventory Storage Concerns

Wide Breadth of Market Exposure Through Our Online Inventory

Custom, Detailed Reporting On Your Current Inventory Position

Immediate Access to Your Inventory If You Need An Item Returned

Let ESC review your excess or obsolete inventory list at no cost to you. We will provide you with our recommendation on how to turn that list into a cash stream that goes straight to your bottom line.

JIT (Just In TIme) / Bonded Stock
ES Components will bond inventory to your specific requirements. Bonded inventory remains the property of the customer and can be shipped JIT or based on your defined shipping requirements to meet your demand. Bonded inventories are quite traditional for microelectronics distributors to protect against DMS (Diminishing Materials Supply) and obsolescence.

Dock to Stock Programs
ES Components is proud to serve as a certified Dock to Stock supplier for several major customers. With quality ratings approaching 5 Sigma levels, its no wonder why our customers would prefer to certify ESC as a Dock to Stock partner. Our custom Dock to Stock programs can eliminate the requirements for your own internal inspections. ES Components can perform visual inspection to your SCD (Source Control Drawing), the appropriate Mil-Standard, or a combination of the two. Why waste your inspectors time when you can release materials immediately from your receiving dock staright to the production floor?

We recognize that most companies prefer to perform a quality audit prior to entering into a Dock to Stock agreement. You have an open invitation to perform an in-house quality audit of our facility at any time to establish whether or not a Dock to Stock program is the right fit for your company.

Kitting
ES Components can customize a full kitting program to manage your BOM (Bill of Materials) or Hybrid Assembly build requirements. Our state-of-the-art distribution management system is designed to enter your kit requirements, static kits or dynamic, and extrapolate the entire kit BOM requirements to the line item level. ESC will purchase, store, and kit your components based on your specified requirements. We can also provide the logistics to support shipping to multiple CEM’s (Contract Equipment Manufacturers).
