Class 10000 Clean Room -

ES Components has on-site, a certified class 10,000 clean room facility for the inspection & handling of all our bare die, wafer products to provide you with quality assurance that all of our products are processed to the highest quality standards. All inspection is performed under a Class 100 hood. ES Components maintains full ESD protection throughout the die inspection process. Inspectors are continuously monitored through the use of DESCO Continuous Ground Monitors. ES Components utilizes high power Nikon and Leica metallurgical microscopes for all bare die inspection. Our clean room inspectors have over 75 years of combined experience in quality inspection; they are the backbone of our production team.
