  • ESx8EU8H03 Hyperfast Rectifier Power Diode

    ES Components, established in 1981 and a MIL-PRF-38535 certified hermetic semiconductor manufacturer, is pleased to announce our new hermetic Power Diode: 8A / 300V Hyperfast Rectifier, specifically designed for high reliability applications.

    The device is designed to optimize performance of forward voltage and hyperfast recovery time at a breakdown voltage greater than 300V, well beyond most schottky diode limits. These devices are intended for use in the output rectification stage of SMPS, UPS, DC/DC converters, as well as freewheeling diodes in low voltage inverters and chopper motor drive applications. The device is rated at 175°C operating temperature and provides a typical reverse leakage of 20nA at full rated current.

    This device is available in either a hermetic SMD.2 package or as bare die with element evaluation for chip and wire module applications. Screening options include Engineering Module versions through equivalent JANS screening and QCI per MIL-PRF-19500. See the ES Components data sheet for more details.
